Returns & Refunds
Goods cannot be returned without the prior permission of Help Save Lives. Goods must be returned complete with the manufacturers packaging and instructions in an un-damaged and re-saleable condition.
Goods not returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions may either not be accepted or be subject to a re-stocking and administration fee at the discretion of Help Save Lives
Any alleged fault or delivery shortages must be notified, in writing by the customer to Help Save Lives within 5 days of delivery.
Returning goods to Help Save Lives is the responsibility of the customer. If the goods are returned because of a fault by Help Save Lives or a valid product defect as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Help Save Lives may at its discretion refund reasonable costs of return. Once received by our returns department, your refund (by Sage Pay or depending on your original payment method) or exchange will be processed. This may take up to 5 working days.
Help Save Lives will under no circumstances be liable for:
1) Faults or damage resulting from wear and tear, neglect, improper use by the customer, or failure of the customer to comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
2) Products which have been adjusted, altered, adapted or repaired.
3) The suitability of any Products for any particular purpose or use whether or not the purpose or conditions were communicated to Help Save Lives.
